State-by-state source directory
Every jurisdiction has a dedicated state hub and a documented official sourcing path. “Automated” means the importer can read the registered public source; it does not mean a record is verified until it passes validation and appears in the verified count.
Automated sources last refreshed September 3, 2026. Agency contacts can change; follow the official link to confirm before filing or relying on an address.

Publication reality
Why national WARN coverage requires state-by-state sourcing
The U.S. Department of Labor does not maintain a comprehensive national database of WARN notices. Employers send notices to state dislocated-worker units and local officials, and publication practices vary: some states publish open data, some publish spreadsheets or PDFs, and others provide records only through agency requests.
This project therefore tracks provenance at the record level, preserves direct agency links, recalculates notice lead time, and rejects rows that lack the core fields needed for a reliable comparison.
